Edmund received his law degree from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Ohio State University where he was a member of OSU’s Big Ten and Sugar Bowl Champion football team in 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Edmund served as a staff attorney for both the Ohio School Boards Association and the Ohio Legislative Service Commission, as well as Solicitor for the Village of Saint Paris, Ohio.

Counseling and representation of businesses regarding choice of entity including formation of sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and non-profit entities, drafting of partnership and operating agreements, and acquisition of exempt status recognition from the Internal Revenue Service.
